I found Beautiful Faces while searching the Boston area for a reasonably priced hair and makeup team to come to my venue and beautify a large wedding party. My experience with Beautiful Faces (Janis for makeup and Janelle for hair) for my wedding was a great one! Both women were responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and on my wedding day.

I loved my hair and makeup on the day of my trial, but when I decided to make some slight color changes closer to my wedding, Janis was completely kind and suggested I come back to her home studio for a second trial–which I didn’t think was completely necessary, but was really nice of her, and allowed me to see my changes before my wedding day, which I did appreciate! I had a huge wedding party, and Janis and Janelle worked with me extensively to make a day-of schedule that made everyone happy and had each woman (and the flower girl) with a set time for hair and makeup.
It was great to have a loose schedule on that day for reference and made everyone feel more confident that we’d have plenty of time to get everyone done up–and we ended up finishing with more than enough time.
Janis brought two assistants, and Janelle brought one, and everyone was friendly, flexible, professional, and did great work.
All my bridesmaids and my mom looked gorgeous!

As I was leaving the after-party on my wedding night, my sister looked at me and said, “Your hair and makeup look like they did 12 hours ago! You could go get married again right now, seriously!”
My hair still looked great two days later, when I finally took it all down.
Janis very obviously loves all things makeup, and she works hard to make everything as stress-free as possible for the bride.
Janelle is laid-back and equally accommodating.
I highly recommend Beautiful Faces!
